Julie Zuckerberg Setting the Bar for CEO Recruitment

Julie Zuckerberg is not only a talent to the recruitment industry, but also an arts and culture enthusiast. She currently resides in New York and works for Deutsche Bank. Her story is that of a determined young finance and insurance professional taking her career through all the necessary steps for success. Her recruiting experience has led her to take on a diverse set of roles throughout her career. After attending Brooklyn College of the City University of New York and New York Law School she has gone on to accomplish great things in the recruitment industry.

Her recruiting career initially grew in 2002 when she was tasked with assisting Hudson’s Director of Candidate Placement. In 2013, Zuckerberg was employed for New York Life Insurance Company working as a Corporate Vice President and Hire Recruiting Lead. As a client and lead relationship manager she managed recruitment in addition to assisting with recruitment for the outsourcing department.

Julie has also offered complete life-cycle hiring services for Director and Managing Director hires within Citi’s Consumer Bank, including CitiCards. She also played an important role in the Marketing and Internet Department. She has offered leadership in the acquisition and development of complex job offers which include the securing of international talent. Moreover, she managed various procedures, including expatriate processes and international relocation.

Partnering with business leaders to advance the strategy for regional talent acquisition systems and improve their hiring processes, her creativity has truly shone. She has also specifically worked with AM, GTO and PW&CC. After her many roles Zuckerberg started working for Deutsche Bank as the Vice President and Executive Recruiter in 2014.
